EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

For gifts purchased on or after December 1, 2016 through December 25, 2016, we gladly accept returns for a full refund through January 15, 2017. For gifts purchased outside of this time frame, our standard return policy applies.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Canada)

Product purchased online at www.maggiewalt.com may be returned for refund, credit or exchange within 3 business days of receipt.

Please email webstore@maggiewalt.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without return authorization may be denied. Included in your order is a Canada Post return label. Write the RA Number on the outside of the package. Returned items must be sent in the original packaging and postmarked (received by Canada Post) no later than 3 business days after you have received the order. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached.

Returned items that do not meet the conditions above will be subject to significant restocking charges, or denial of refund/credit,  at the discretion of Maggie Walt Design.

Return For Refund or Credit

Items returned for refund or credit, in the original packaging (the envelope provided is resealable), via Canada Post, using the enclosed return label, are subject to a Return Fee of $8.00 for the first item and $2.00 per additional item.  The Return Fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Return For Size Exchange

If you would like to return your item for a different size, please email your request to webstore@maggiewalt.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If the item is available, it will be put on hold for you while we wait for your return item to arrive.  Items returned for exchange, in the original packaging (the envelope provided is resealable), via Canada Post, using the enclosed return label, are subject to a Return Fee of $8.00 for the first item and $2.00 per additional item.  The new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (USA)

Product purchased online at www.maggiewalt.com may be returned for refund, credit or exchange within 3 business days of receipt.

Please email webstore@maggiewalt.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without return authorization may be denied. We do not provide return labels for USA orders. Items returned from the US must be sent via US Postal Service (do NOT use couriers – UPS, Fedex etc.) at the customer’s expense. Please use the resealable envelope provided. Returned parcels must be fully insured with a tracking number.

Write the RA number and “Canadian Goods Return” on the outside of package and mail to the following address:

Sale items purchased for less than 50% of their original price (50% or more Off) are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges.
